What are your shipping methods?
All our meat products are shipped fresh via FedEx Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight service.

Non-perishable items and merchandise can also be shipped via FedEx Express Saver, which delivers within three days. Gift certificates can only be sent via instant email delivery.

Delivery times for each FedEx service vary by area. You can check FedEx’s estimated delivery timeframes on fedex.com.

How will my order be packed?

Our meat is shipped fresh, never frozen, in vacuum-sealed packages. Your order with perishable items will be hand-packed in a Styrofoam cooler with frozen gel packs. (We do not use dry ice.) The cooler is then put into a corrugated shipping box. Our products are packed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.

How do I track the shipment of an order?

When we ship your order, we send you an automatically generated email including your tracking number. Go to FedEx.com to track the progress of your package. You can also find your tracking number in the Order History section of your account.

If you do not receive an email containing your tracking number, it’s possible that we don’t have your correct email address in our system. You can ensure you get such emails by making sure your account is up to date.

I won't be home when FedEx delivers. Will they leave the package?
We keep a signature waiver on file with FedEx so that they will always leave your package at your shipping address, even if someone is not home to sign for it. This ensures that FedEx does not “hold” your perishable meat products. Our products are packed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.
